From M42 leave at junction 3:

• Take the A435 south, signposted Redditch
• After approx 3.5 miles turn off the A435 onto the A4023, signposted Redditch
• At the roundabout take the fifth exit, signposted North Moons Moat, onto Ravensbank Drive
• Turn right at the small roundabout onto Ravensbank Business Park
• At the T-junction turn left onto Hedera Road
• Broadfern is located on your left-hand side

From A441 to Redditch

• Turn left at Bordesley Garage traffic lights onto B4101
• At Crossroads, turn right into Icknield Street
• At T-junction, turn left onto Ravensbank Drive
• Follow the road round until you reach a small roundabout
• At the roundabout turn left onto Ravensbank Business Park
• At the T-junction turn left onto Hedera Road
• Broadfern is located on your left-hand side
